Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At the moment we do not ship internationally. Especially crib mattresses, there are strict regulations on shipping over the borders and shipping costs would outweigh the benefit of purchasing from us. Our goal in the future is to offer our products internationally, starting with Canada. And this might take some time to get set up with distribution there.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Right now, shipping is a flat rate of $8 for orders under $75 and Free Shipping over $75. This will change eventually as it isn’t cost effective due to high shipping costs for such large items.
How Long Will Shipping Take?
In most cases items will be delivered within 1-2 weeks. Processing takes 24-48 hours and then once it’s shipped out, it should be one week or less to your door. Please keep in mind, some mattresses may take a few days to prepare for shipment. This is called lead time and usually is stated on the page you purchase the item. Most of the time lead time is 3-5 days. Also, if you order after 4pm on Friday, your order will not process until Monday.
I Ordered More Than One Item, and Only Received One Or Part Of The Package. Why Is That?
We currently have multiple places for fulfillment, so all of our items do not ship from the same place. If you only receive part of your bundle, hang tight, the rest are on the way.
I Places An Order But I Didn’t Receive A Confirmation Email … What’s Going On?
Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
I Want To Change My Order / Address, Can I?
Please tell us as soon as possible. You can either email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 828-367-6641 and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed within hours after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we’ll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.
Where is my package? The tracking information hasn't updated in a long time. Can you tell me where it is?
We only see the same tracking information as you. Sometimes it takes the carrier a day or two to scan your package when it arrives at another location. Wait 12 hours and check again. If you have concerns, please contact us and we will take care of you.

Can I Exchange An Item?
You can exchange an item. Most likely you will be seeing shipping fees though as the free shipping is good for the first shipment out.
