My Story

As a mum myself, I know exactly how exhausting broken nights can be. The constant tiredness that never seems to lift. The worry that nothing will ever improve. The guilt when you snap at your partner or struggle to be present with your baby.

I remember counting the hours of sleep I'd managed to piece together — and feeling like I was failing at something that was supposed to be natural.

That experience is what led me to become a certified baby and toddler sleep coach. I wanted to help other families find their way to calmer nights — without having to leave their babies to cry.

Now I help families worldwide create gentle, sustainable sleep changes. Every family I work with gets a personalised plan and daily support, because I know how much difference it makes to have someone in your corner.

Who I Help

I work with families of babies and toddlers aged 4 months to 4 years who are struggling with sleep. If any of these sound familiar, I can help:

Frequent night wakings
Short naps (30–45 minutes)
Early morning wake-ups (before 6am)
Bedtime battles and overtiredness
Sleep regressions (4 month, 8 month, 12 month)
Nap transitions (3→2, 2→1)
False starts at bedtime
Feeding or rocking to sleep dependencies
Cot to bed transitions
Travel and routine disruptions

My Approach

Everything I do is built on four principles.

Gentle & Responsive

I never use cry-it-out methods. Every approach I recommend respects your baby's emotional needs and your parenting instincts.

Personalised, Not Generic

Every family is different. I create plans tailored to your baby, your routine, and your comfort level — not one-size-fits-all advice.

Evidence-Based

My methods are grounded in the latest research on infant sleep, child development, and attachment. No myths or outdated advice.

Supportive & Practical

I'm with you through the process, not just handing you a plan. Daily WhatsApp support means you're never doing this alone.

What Makes This Work

It's not just about a plan — it's about the right support at the right time.

A Plan Built Around Your Family

No two babies are the same. Your sleep plan is fully personalised based on your baby's age, temperament, your family routine, and what feels right for you.

Daily Hands-On Support

You get 2 weeks of daily WhatsApp support so I can guide you through every nap, every bedtime, and every question. You're never left guessing.

Methods That Respect Your Baby

I only recommend gentle, responsive settling techniques. Your baby will feel safe and supported throughout the process — and so will you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a baby sleep coach?
A baby sleep coach is a trained professional who helps families improve their baby or toddler's sleep. I create personalised sleep plans based on your child's age, temperament, and your family's needs — and I support you through the process with daily guidance.
Will my baby have to cry?
No. I only use gentle, responsive methods. I will never ask you to leave your baby to cry alone. My approach focuses on gradually building healthy sleep habits while keeping your baby feeling safe and supported.
How quickly will I see results?
Most families start seeing noticeable improvements within 3–7 days. Every baby is different, but with consistency and the right plan, progress is usually faster than parents expect.
What ages do you work with?
I work with families of babies and toddlers from 4 months to 4 years old. Whether your little one is dealing with newborn sleep challenges, nap transitions, or toddler bedtime battles, I can help.
Do you work with families outside the UK?
Yes! I work with families worldwide. All consultations and daily support happen online via video call and WhatsApp, so location is never a barrier.
What does a typical sleep plan include?
Every plan is fully personalised and includes a detailed daily schedule, step-by-step settling techniques, nap guidance, night waking strategies, and 2 weeks of daily WhatsApp support so you always have someone to turn to.
